So the big game is nearly upon us, and I think *touches wood* that we are nearly ready with everything. The shirts have arrived, programmes can be collected from 4, silent auction stuff is in. Barring a few minor issues we are good to go and I can’t wait. I’ve enjoy getting organised everything for sunday but it isn’t half stressful. However when it does come off its a great feeling. It gives me some ideas for my own charity cycle that will help me hit my target.
We’re aiming to raise a minimum of £1,000 on sunday and so far we’ve had a brilliant £230 quid come in. If you want to support the event please do the link is:
Its going to be a great day, starting at 11 at Widden RFC with the touch tournament. We also have an ice cream truck, bbq, bar, raffle and silent auction. The game kicks off a 3PM and will be reffed by Ashley Rowden, a Premiership rugby ref. Lots of old gloucester players will be turning out for the cherrypickers and i’ll be captaining the Shedweb Lions. I’m really proud to be doing such and really can’t wait for the game to start.
Cycling is still going ok got the first big cycle next sunday so no let up for me!
Hope to see you all on the day and have a great weekend,
